Founded in 2005, Aglare Group (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. comprises three companies — Aglare Optoelectronics (Hong Kong), Shenzhen Aglare Lighting (headquarters), and Jiazhao Energy-Saving (Guangdong) — operating three brands: Aglare Lighting, Jiazhao, and AGLARE. The group is dedicated to the R&D, manufacturing and sales of SMD LED components and LED energy-saving lighting fixtures, with over 20 years of expertise.
The headquarters, Shenzhen Aglare Lighting Co., Ltd., was established on January 25, 2005. In 2016 the group set up a second factory in Zhongshan (formerly Zhongshan Ruichuan Lighting Co., Ltd.), renamed Jiazhao Energy-Saving (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. on June 2, 2022, focusing on high-power LED fixtures with metal heat sinks, including LED floodlights from 50W to 3000W, tunnel lights and illuminated signage.

The group operates five product divisions: SMD LED components; amusement-park & theme-park scene lighting; outdoor building-facade lighting; outdoor LED signage & advertising; and indoor/outdoor LED displays (including IP65 weatherproof custom models). The amusement-park LED division, the group's earliest line since 2005, is now in its 6th generation.
Monthly capacity: 6,000,000 SMD LED components; 300,000 amusement point lights; 5,000 LED floodlights; 50,000-100,000 m LED strips; 1,000 LED signage units; and 3,000 m2 of LED displays.
Aglare invests heavily in R&D, adding 4-6 utility-model and 5-10 design patents annually, and was recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise in 2013 (three re-assessments passed). All products carry CE and RoHS certifications issued by TUV, with select LED drivers holding SAA. The group provides OEM/ODM services and sells across the USA, UK, France, Germany and Spain.
